Solving social problems as a clear phenomenon has an effective impact on the growth and development processes of society. The aim of the present study is the impact of people's participation in solving social problems. Methodology: This research is of a mixed type that was conducted in two qualitative and quantitative stages. In the first stage, data collection was carried out through 35 semi-structured interviews and content analysis of existing documents, evidence and literature; the result of this stage was a list of the most important social issues including four categories of educational, health, cultural and managerial factors. In the next stage, to determine the importance of each factor, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among 169 people, social activists, elders and trustees who were selected by judgment. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, we used the opinions of 6 experts and in order to determine the reliability in the internal consistency dimension, by completing 30 questionnaires by samples, the reliability coefficient for the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha index through SPSS version 21 software. Results: It showed that the most important social issues are management issues and that people can help solve these issues.
