The problem of the current research is, what are the drivers effective on revolutionary management of the level of Islamic governance and what is the relationship between these drivers in terms of influence and effectiveness? The method of this research is quantitative-qualitative (mixed) and the future research approach has been used in its analysis. The findings of the research show that in the first stage, 10 factors were identified with the Delphi method. What can be understood from the dispersion of the drivers effective on Islamic-revolutionary governance is the unstable state of the system; Because most of the variables are scattered around the diagonal axis of the plane. The results of the research showed that among the drivers, three drivers (believers in resistance economy, transparency and financial health, law-oriented and anti-corruption) were selected as the most key drivers in this research, which play an important role in the proper governance of the Islamic Revolution at the global level. A kind of reliance on a resistance economy provides the ground for the defeat of the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran outside the borders, and the transparency and financial health of the officials of the executive and legislative branches, as well as the law-oriented and anti-corruption of the judiciary inside the country, is the ground for a worthy revolutionary-Islamic governance in the global empire. provides and provides other drivers as a complement to the realization of worthy revolutionary-Islamic governance.
